The 2019 Cream Teas will take place, on a weekend in June to be announced in due course. Meanwhile details of the 2018 event are below, to give you the idea…

The 2018 Cream Teas will take place on 16th and 17th June 2018. Don’t miss them!

Local Strawberries, Home-Made Scones, cake and buns, jams & marmalades for sale, Jewellery, pottery and Local Photos!

Linton Cream Teas has been appearing every year for seventeen years now, and almost every single year it has got bigger, better, and has increased in popularity. Last year’s event was again a big success, and already we have ideas for new things to do next year which will add to the event.

The 2018 Cream Teas will take place over the weekend of 16th & 17th June, open from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

This is one of the social highlights of the Linton year, a “must attend” event. Enjoy our famous strawberry cream teas, with Linton strawberries and home made scones. Buy a slice of cake or some buns to take away. Look around the church, or enjoy the sunshine outside at the tables provided.

In addition to the church itself you will be able to view an exhibition of local photos. .. And there will be sale of jams and preserves, as well as jewellery and pottery. And Charles Judd will once again supply a hand-crafted bird table for the famous bird table raffle.

The venue is Linton Church, Linton Hill. Admission is free and plenty of free parking is available. There is a map, here.

In 2017 the weekend raised a magnificent £1,910.40. All monies raised are used by Friends of Linton Church to maintain the church fabric & contents…

See you there! A news report on the 2017 event was not done but you can read all about the 2016 event, here!

And if you’re worried about putting on too much weight, why not come along to the Linton Walks on Thursday mornings and Tuesday evenings?
