My 2nd great grandfather was called William Parham and was christened in Linton in 1815. Does anyone have any Parhams in their ancestry. His father Richard was born in london.

Hi Charlotte and William Parham are my Great Grandparents. If any one can find a marriage certificate of a photo of them I would be delighted. I have been researching them for 16 years!

Bill, this appears to be the same family. Samuel Richard Parham brother of your Alice is my great grandfather on my fathers side. William, Alices father married Charlotte Armstrong sometime between 1851 and 1858 but have been unable to trace a marriage certificate. It seems she may have been previously married to a man called Wiley but unable to find any trace. Do you have any information to assist.

i have parham in my family, my great grandmother was Alice, and her father was William from Linton in kent. Alice married Frederick Beckett and they lived in Plaistow Essex.
